下载、安装或使用「批量瘦图」（以下称「本 App」）即表示你同意本协议。本 App 通过 Mac App Store 分发，同时受 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议约束；两者冲突时以本协议为准。

许可

我们授予你在你拥有或控制的 Mac 上安装和使用本 App 的非独占、不可转让的许可。你不得反编译、逆向工程本 App，也不得将其转售或再分发。

免费版与终生会员

• 免费版包含全部功能，每天最多处理 20 张图片（按本机日期计数）。
• 「终生会员」是一次性的 App 内购买，购买后不限张数，并包含本 App 之后的所有更新，没有订阅、不会续费。
• 购买通过 Apple 完成并受 Apple 的退款政策约束。如需退款，请通过 Apple 的「报告问题」申请。
• 通过「恢复购买」可以在同一 Apple 账户的其他 Mac 上恢复权益。

你的文件

• 本 App 只处理你拖入、选择、授权或通过命令行 / Agent 指定的图片。
• 覆盖原图、同名替换等有破坏性的操作会先征求确认（可在设置中关闭确认）。原图会放进废纸篓或旁边的文件夹，并可通过「撤销」或「历史」还原；清空废纸篓后将无法找回。
• 本 App 按原样提供。我们尽力保证压缩与转换结果正确，但请在处理前保留重要图片的备份。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对因使用本 App 造成的数据丢失或其他损失承担责任。

命令行与 AI Agent

你可以让命令行工具 slim、MCP 客户端或其他自动化工具调用本 App。由这些工具发起的操作视同你本人的操作，同样受本协议约束。

开源组件

本 App 使用了 mozjpeg、libwebp、libavif、libjxl、oxipng 等开源组件，各自遵循其许可证。完整清单见「关于」页面。

终止

若你违反本协议，许可自动终止。你可以随时删除本 App 以终止使用。

Terms of Use

By downloading, installing or using BatchSlim (“the app”) you agree to these terms. The app is distributed through the Mac App Store and is also governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement; where the two conflict, these terms prevail.

License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on Macs you own or control. You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, resell or redistribute the app.

Free version and Lifetime

• The free version includes every feature and processes up to 20 images per day (counted by your Mac's local date).
• “Lifetime” is a one-time in-app purchase. It removes the daily limit and includes all future updates to the app. It is not a subscription and never renews.
• Purchases are made through Apple and subject to Apple's refund policy. To request a refund, use Apple's “Report a Problem”.
• “Restore Purchases” restores your entitlement on other Macs signed in with the same Apple account.

Your files

• The app only processes images you drop, choose, authorize, or specify through the command line / an agent.
• Destructive operations (overwriting originals, replacing files by name) ask for confirmation first (confirmation can be disabled in Settings). Originals go to the Trash or a folder next door and can be restored with Undo or History; once the Trash is emptied they cannot be recovered.
• The app is provided as is. We work hard to make compression and conversion correct, but please keep backups of important images before processing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or other damages arising from use of the app.

Command line and AI agents

You may let the slim command-line tool, MCP clients or other automation drive the app. Actions initiated by such tools are treated as your own actions and are governed by these terms.

Open-source components

The app uses open-source components including mozjpeg, libwebp, libavif, libjxl and oxipng, each under its own license. The full list is in the About screen.

Termination

The license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it.
